Privacy Policy

Effective August 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Domera Labs, Inc. (“Domera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit domeralabs.com (the “Site”), order an Ami, or subscribe to the Ami plan.

It covers the Site, your order, and your plan. It does not cover what your Ami does with information once the device is in your home — that is covered by a separate privacy notice we give you when you set the device up.

1. Who We Are

Domera Labs, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 111B South Governors Avenue #99669, Dover, DE 19904, United States. We are the controller of personal data collected through the Site and through your order. We sell and ship only within the United States, and the Site and our products are intended for people in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you join our early access list or contact us, we collect what you submit — usually your email address, and any other details you choose to share.

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it and to run your plan:

  • Contact details — your name and email address
  • Shipping address — where your Ami is to be delivered, which may not be your own address
  • Order details — what you ordered, how many, the amount paid, your order number, and the version of our Terms you accepted
  • Plan and billing records — when your plan started, what has been charged, and any cancellation or refund

Payment information

Card details are entered directly into our payment processor's checkout and are handled by them. We never receive or store your full card number, and no card number ever reaches our servers. What we do receive back is limited: the last four digits, the card brand and expiry, the billing name and postcode, and whether a payment succeeded or failed.

Your card is kept on file by our payment processor, not by us, so that your plan can be charged when it starts and at each renewal without you entering it again. Section 3 explains this in more detail.

Bank details, only if we owe you a refund

A refund can only be sent back to the card that paid for a limited period after the payment. If a refund we owe you falls outside that period, we will ask you for account details so we can pay you another way. We collect them only at that point, only if it happens, and we use them for that one refund and nothing else. We never take money from an account you give us for a refund.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device characteristics
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Cookie and similar identifiers

3. Payments and Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.. When you pay, the checkout form is Stripe’s: your card details go to Stripe, not to us. Stripe also stores your payment method so your plan can be charged later without you re-entering it.

To process your order we share with Stripe the information needed to take the payment and deliver it — your name, email address, shipping address, and what you ordered. Stripe returns the limited payment details described in Section 2 and tells us whether the payment went through.

Stripe uses the information it handles for its own purposes as well, including fraud prevention and meeting its legal obligations as a payments company, and acts as an independent controller for those purposes. Its own privacy policy explains what it does with your data, and we encourage you to read it.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, which sets cookies that help us analyze Site traffic. Google may process this information on servers located outside your country. We run Google Analytics with IP addresses anonymized and with its advertising features switched off, so it is not used to build advertising profiles or to personalize ads.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or through the cookie banner displayed on the Site. Our Cookie Policy sets out each cookie we use and why. To opt out of Google Analytics generally, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Take your order, ship your Ami, and keep you updated about delivery
  • Set up and run your plan, take the payments due on it, and handle cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Send you messages about your order, your plan, and your account — confirmations, renewal reminders, billing notices, and service updates
  • Provide the Ami service and support you when something goes wrong
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products
  • Manage our early access list and, where you have opted in, send you news about Ami
  • Analyze usage patterns and measure the effectiveness of our communications
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems
  • Keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep, and comply with our other legal obligations

Messages about your order and your plan are part of the service and are sent for as long as you are a customer. Marketing emails are separate and optional: you choose them at checkout or by joining the early access list, and you can stop them at any time without any effect on your order.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Payment processing with Stripe, as described in Section 3
  • Delivery with the carrier that brings your Ami to you and that carries returns back to us, which receives the name and address on the parcel
  • Service providers that help us operate the Site, send email, and analyze traffic — our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Google Analytics — bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Legal and safety when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Domera, our customers, or others
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections
  • With your consent for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection

7. Where We Operate

Domera is based in the United States and serves the United States market. Information we collect is stored and processed in the United States, and in other countries where our service providers operate.

The Site can be reached from anywhere. If you visit it from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of the country you are in.

8. How Long We Keep Information

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Order, payment, and tax records are different from the rest: we are required to keep them for a set period after the transaction, so they remain on file even if you cancel your plan or ask us to delete your other information. If you ask to be removed from our early access list, we delete your contact details promptly, subject to limited retention for legal or operational reasons.

9. Your Rights

A number of US states now have comprehensive privacy laws. Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you and what we do with it
  • Access a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Receive your information in a portable format
  • Opt out of the sale of your information, of sharing it for targeted advertising, and of profiling — none of which we do
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights

If we refuse a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal that decision by replying to us. Where your state provides for it, you may also complain to your state attorney general.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@domeralabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent acting on your behalf.

California residents

California law asks us to name what we collect in its own vocabulary, so: in the past twelve months we have collected identifiers (such as your name, email address, and postal address); commercial information (what you ordered, and your payment and refund history); limited financial information (the card details described in Section 2, and bank details where you have given them to us for a refund); internet and network activity (how you use the Site); and inferences drawn from Site usage. Where each comes from, what we do with it, and who receives it are set out in Sections 2, 5, and 6.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted without a right to limit.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Keeping card details with our payment processor rather than on our own systems is part of that: no card number is held by us at any point. The bank details described in Section 2 are the only payment information we ever hold ourselves, and we keep them only until the refund they were given for has been paid. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Orders may only be placed by adults. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
